The colder weather has me dreaming of a coastal getaway. There is something about the brisk air and squeaky sand which draws me toward the coast around this time of the year.
As you can see, I'm still having a lot of fun experimenting with watercolour and coloured pencils. The translucent quality of watercolour is a match in heaven for creating subtle tones and patterns on these delicate seashells. I hope you like these little sketches also.
