I'm excited to share with you a project that is very dear to my heart. For the past 18 months, I have been working very closely with Friederike and Sandi from My Friendship Books to bring their idea to life, a keepsake album for your little one's childhood friendships.
Friederike and Sandi noticed their children leaving little notes in their friends' letterboxes during COVID, which inspired them to bring the European tradition of friendship books to Australia. The child will finish one page before passing it on to their friends to finish. Each friend then chooses a design they like and fills in details such as their favourite colour, a small drawing, and so on. So, once filled, your child will have something unique to remember their friends by.
They have just launched a Kickstarter campaign with various tiers of support for you to consider. Starting a new project is not easy, both financially and logistically. The Kickstart campaign is a way for them to recoup their initial investment and get a sense of market interest.
